Diamond Tip Engraving Tools engrave glass, stone, ceramic, granite and other very hard materials. They are also used for drag engraving on aluminum or brass.
The diamond tip produces a very fine line on glass, ceramics, and stone, and produce a very thin line on aluminum and brass. It also produces excellent results when used to show the base metal color beneath anodizing or epoxy coatings.
The diamond tip engraving tool is single ended and can be rotated in a machine spindle or held stationary for drag engraving when using a spring loaded engraving tool.
A Spring Loaded Engraving Tool is recommended when using a Diamond Tip Engraving Tool.
For general purpose engraving the 120 degree tip angle is recommended.
