The AAA-TELEC drum heater is conceived to provide excellent warming services, maintenance of temperature and protection from freezing in heat exchange applications. The drum heater has a capacity of 55 gallons and comprises a pliant and water-proof heating panel. The heating panel has two plastic fabric coatings on top- a red coating for heating and a blue coating for insulation. The drum heater is provided with eyelets in stainless steel and elasticated quick connections, which facilitate positioning of the heater near the drum in order to enable flawless heat exchange operations. It encompasses an integral thermostat in order to regulate temperatures in the range of +10°C to +70°C. Uniform temperatures are assured owing to the spreading principle of the aluminum foil. The drum heater can be washed and is fully water-proof owing to compliance with IP54 guidelines. It is therefore usable in the outdoor environment. Since the drum heater is well insulated, it eliminates wastage of heat by preventing dissipation. It is supplied with a 2m long cable for power supply. The elastic fastenings facilitate ultra-quick setting-up times. Special emphasis is placed on excellent electrical safety, along with provision of earth lead.
