Its composition and structure yield a high-tensile strength media, which performs efficiently under elevated operating temperatures or repeated hot water sanitisation cycles. 3M™ Zeta Plus™ HT Series Filter Cartridge combines depth filtration and electro-kinetic adsorption, providing efficient haze and particle removal at micron ratings lower than the mechanical rating alone. It’s produced from inorganic filter aids, refined cellulose and cationic resin in several grades to meet the different filtration needs required by your applications. Our cartridge is constructed from individual cells. Each cell is made using polypropylene moulded edge seals and internal separators for high performance. They’re made into a single unit by three 316 stainless steel bands in the core of the cartridge with polypropylene cell separators.
