The SpeedMaster™ is manufactured by Go4B, and is a speed switch calibration and testing device with pulse pilot. It is the only device that accurately tests the calibration of a speed switch, and permits testing of the 10% alarm and 20% shutdown capability of the sensor while attached on the machine shaft. The unit operates in two modes: the input mode is utilized to measure the pulse rate at normal speed, while the output mode will permit the user to simulate belt under-speed for testing purposes. It has a power supply of 4 AA alkaline batteries, and has a push button control. It also has a five digit green display.
