The V562 is a self centering 5 axis vise. The vise is manufactured from heat treated / precision ground steel to exacting standards. It features serrated teeth that will bite into your material without the need for any stamping units or material prep. The master jaws also feature a 45 degree dovetail built in that is ideal when you have stock that is larger than the vise itself. The V562 5 axis self centering vise is guaranteed self centering accuracy within .0005". The V562 is compatible with all 3, 4, and 5 axis cnc machines, horizontal or vertical. The compact footprint and low profile design makes it ideal for the production environment. We got sick of weird spacing and annoying adapters so we made our 5 axis vise as easy to mount as we possibly could. The V562 mounts from the top with two 1/2-13 bolts and a threaded centering feature. Two threaded clocking holes at 2" and 50mm make the V562 compatible with most tombstones and tooling plates.
