The V6105 is manufactured by 5th Axis, and is a precision five-axis vise with a self-centering function. The body of the unit is made of heat-treated and precision ground steel. The model is equipped with serrated teeth that will clamp any component without requiring stamping units or material preparation. The master jaw of the vise has an embedded 45° dovetail which is appropriate for use when the user requires to clamp a material bigger than the vise. The V6105 model has an ensured self-centering accuracy within 0.0005". The unit is compatible with any 3-, 4-, and 5-axes cnc tools that are either horizontal or vertical. The unit has a compact and low profile layout, thus making it suitable for use in the production environment.
