Description

Flexilo SPRING convenience and operational safety on a smallest surface The Flexilo SPRING from A.B.S. is the intelligent further development of a lifting silo. The innovative design achieves a very high storage capacity on the smallest surface possible. This means no space is wasted in your storage room. Tension springs with optimised functions, which are attached to the silo cone, enable reliable emptying. Our spiral conveyor system with suction point guarantees a 100 % functioning and even discharge. And to ensure the operational safety of your heating system, we use the conveyor technology which we have already been using for the Flexilo TROUGH for many years. Operating principle of the spring silo: During filling, the silo cone is lowered and finally comes to rest on the trough of the silo. This means that almost the entire floor space can be used for storage. During emptying, this part rises again and forms an incline which allows the wood pellets drain out. HIGHLIGHTS •Maximum storage capacity •High operational safety thanks to proven spiral conveyor system •Very easy to maintain due to good access to the discharging unit
