With the rotating stencil depositor Bertha™, you will be able to handle meringue masses, sponge dough, butter dough, chocolate and many more. The Bertha™ is designed on a C-frame with wheels allowing fast servicing and cleaning. The stencil drum operates at a high precision resulting in a reliable forming process. An internal scraper allows a cut that creates a precise and uniform product. The PLC and HMI make it easy to operate and allow remote access.
