Steel blasting medium

Stainless steel spherical shot is manufactured from made of cast stainless steel. During the entire production process and treatment is subjected to rigorous controls. It has a high resilience and impact fatigue resistance. This type of abrasive is manufactured for use in processes such as of shot-blasting and pressure blasting, by means of compressed air. Its application is directed on non-ferrous metals such as aluminium, zinc alloys, stainless steels, bronze, brass, copper… With its wide range of granulometry it is used for processes of cleaning, deburring, compaction, shot peening and finishing in general, on all types of parts, without contaminating its surface by ferrous powders that deteriorate and change the colour of treated metals. It is ideal for the aging of marbles and granites. Quality control inspecting: grain size, grain shape, composition and resistance. Supplied in 25 kg paper bags. It’s recommended to store on pallets, in a dry place, protected from rain and humidity.
