The software has many functions to simplify setup of the laser for rapid job changeover. Ab Halo offers the following functionality: • Text – Laser optimised fonts and Truetype font support • Barcodes – Full support for 1D and 2D barcodes, including GS1 • Vector graphics – Full toolkit for generating vector graphics plus powerful dxf and AI import capability. In-built tools for optimising contours and closing open nodes • Bitmap graphics – Full support for bitmap graphics, including functionality to produce greyscale images • Trace – Powerful trace tool to convert bitmap images to vector graphics • Variable Data – Possible to add date/time information, serialisation, links to Excel files and text data exchange with ERP systems
