Ultimate process reliability at lowest dosage volumes – This Spray Metering Valve AXDV-C1-SPK1 allows for controlled spraying of the lubricant volume defined by the volumetric metering valve, independently from the viscosity, operating pressure and time. This allows accurate precisely placing of minute quantities of your complex lubricant on your device. Thanks to every spray cycle with exactly the same amount of grease or oil (high repeatability), means permanent saving of your expensive lubricant! There are no pre or dripping drops in this Spray Metering Valve. Due to ist special shape, the grease piston, triggers a retraction effect at the end oft he spraying process, which causes the lubricant to tear off cleanly. Nozzle and production area remain clean, the lubricant is optimally utilized. The downtime to clean the assembly line are thereby minimized. The Spray Metering Valve AXDV-C1-SPK1 has a continuously screw-adjustable dosage chamber, as well as an integrated pneumatic cylinder to control the dosage pin. The hexagon key wrench with wrench size 1.27 mm (included in scope of supply) is for used to lock the adjustment screw. Accidental misadjustment of the dosage volume is therefore a matter of the past. For external control, a simple pneumatic 5/2-way valve is required. Sensors to monitor the position of the grease piston may be retrofitted at any time. They increase the effectivity and reliability of the spraying operation, and allow improved control over your production and assembly process.
