The Abtex composite hub radial wheel manufacturing process assures uniform distribution of the filaments, resulting in balanced wheels that reduce machine fatigue. Our higher filament density extends brush life, shortens part cycle time and increases aggression. Mounting the filaments in a virtually indestructible composite hub eliminates pre-stressing of filaments, reducing filament breakage considerably.
