Metal sheet guard systems are installed in working envsteelments where there is a risk of material emission from the machine outward (e.g. welding machines, mandrel machines). The panels can be fitted with windows in tempered glass coupled with simple or UV-resistant polycarbonate panels. The metal sheet system is welded to Access standard frames and therefore can be fitted with the same fixing kits and systems as for any other Access product. The windows for machine inspection are fitted to the guard fencing by means of an exclusive Access system which allows window removal or substitution for maintenance purposes. The windows are made of polycarbonate material (Lexan or equivalent) 4mm in width which is coupled and sealed with glass sheets as a protection. The polycarbonate windows can be supplied protection-less in cases in which substitution can be carried out every 24-36 months according to application.
