Crowned outer races are recommended when the track is not precisely aligned and square with the cam follower. Crowned outer races reduce undesirable thrust loads on the rollers and increases life and reliability of the bearing. Manufactured from 440 Stainless Steel. Intended for applications in harsh environments that require increased corrosion resistance. Excellent choice for outdoor use or for applications such as food production facilities that require frequent wash-down and cleaning. Food grade grease is available.
