Ackley’s high-output precision offset printing system uses edible inks to place logos onto pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and confectionery products of all shapes and sizes. Features an adjustable Ramp Feed Angle to optimize feed based on product flow characteristics. Bulk product is fed into the hopper, where each product is efficiently singulated and gravity-fed into carrier bar pockets for precise positioning. The continuous motion, multiple-lane carrier bar conveyor feed system exposes the top surface for inspection and printing. Requires compressed air, power & vacuum for operation. Simple change over between products. Ideal for large scale productions. Optional ink maintenance and vision inspection systems available.
