The KD8172 is a 1U 17" rackmount LCD console with supporting 1280 x 1024 native resolution, a 104-key keyboard with touchpad or trackball, VGA video input, and 100/240VAC power input in a 1U high short-depth rack mount drawer. The KD8172 is designed for industrial applications, data centers, and other IT environments. KD8172 presents a 17-inch monitor keyboard drawer of 104-key with a keypad and 1280 x 1024 industrial LCD panel. The 1U high, 18.12-inch depth rack mount drawer is built of heavy steel. The 17 inch displays a resolution of 1280 x 1024, 250-nit brightness, 1000:1 contrast ratio, and 16.7 million colors. It has an MTBF (mean time between failures) at 50,000 hours and has LED backlights. For industries requiring touch screen technology, KD8172 offers an option Resistive 1-point type touch screen wit USB port. The video input supports VGA only with option for VGA + DVI-D + HDMI + Audio or VGA + SDI input. The cable is of 6 feet 4-in-1 proprietary cable for VGA/ keyboard/ touchpad with an option for 10 feet or 15 feet KVM cable. The 104-key keyboard is integrated with a 3-button touchpad and an option for trackball is available. The design of the drawer is of high load-rating slide with angle bracket with extension up to 32-inch depth with optional extension up to 36-inch depth. The operational temperature can withstand from 32° to 131°F (0° to 50°C) and relative humidity of 5~90%, non-condensing. The shock resists at 10G acceleration (11ms duration) and vibration resists at 5~50Hz 1G RMS. The standard dimension is 17.4"(W) x 19.7"(D) x 1.73"(H) and weighs at 29 lbs.
