Oxides of nitrogen, especially Nitrogen dioxide, are at the forefront of concerns over air pollution in cities worldwide. The Serinus® 40 Oxides of Nitrogen (NOx) analyser measures NO, NO2, and NOx in ambient air (LDL < 0.4 ppb, range 0 to 20 ppm) through its proven chemiluminescence technology. It has emerged as a powerful device that delivers precise and reliable performance, empowering governments and organisations to reduce their greenhouse footprint, while complying with global regulations.
Features
REAL-TIME MONITORING EVERY MINUTE
Comprehensive data logging and remote viewing of over 200 operational parameters.
REMOTE APPLICATION DASHBOARD
Bluetooth connectivity combined with the ‘Serinus® Remote’ Android App for simpler programming, viewing, downloading and emailing of data.
LONG-LIFE DATA STORAGE
Removable flash memory stores ~10 years of data, including up to 12 individual parameters and event logs.
INTUITIVE INTERFACE
Advanced GUI and a large alphanumeric keypad with tactile keys.
ERGONOMIC DESIGN
Rack slide design for easy access to internal components and analyser removal from a rack cabinet.
LOW POWER DEMAND
Reduced AQMS power usage due to the instrument’s low power demand and ability to operate over a wide temperature range.
Gas-phase chemiluminescence
Serinus 40 uses gas-phase chemiluminescence detection to perform continuous analysis of nitric oxide (NO), total oxides of nitrogen (NOX), and nitrogen dioxide (NO2). This is achieved by using one primary reaction cell and drawing the sample through two separate paths controlled by the main controller PCA.
The instrument consists of a pneumatic system, an NO2 to NO converter, a reaction cell,
