The VFG digital force gauge is an advanced version of the AFG and BFG electronic force gauges. Indeed, thanks to its intuitive touch screen and its innovative features, this model will facilitate the measurement needs of its operator. The VFG dynamometer can be used alone or with a test bench to perform tensile/compression tests in the laboratory or in R&D. This dynamometer works with the Vector OS software version as well as the VFTI digital display. The features of the VFG The VFG electronic force gauge provides enhanced data analysis capabilities, such as recording of key test values (first and last peaks), as well as a graphical mode that generates a live curve on the force gauge screen to identify critical events that occur during the test. A visual alarm alerts operators to the success or failure of their test, and the overload warning minimizes the risk of accidental damage to the load cell. Your test data is stored on an external memory (micro-SDHC 32 GB) and can be exported later to your computer or via a printer for further analysis of your results. Mount the dynamometer on test stands and connect it to external force and torque sensors, ideal for hundreds of different applications. Vector OS Vector OS software is at the heart of the VFG, allowing operators to configure the dynamometer to their measurement needs, while customizing the touch screen interface to quickly analyze test results. The VFG is available in 10 models to meet a wide range of industrial applications. It offers increased accuracy (± 0.1% of full scale) with readings displayed in 7 different units of measure: N, kN, mN, gf, kgf, lbf and ozf.
