RotorRail™ can be used for handling materials which need protection from shearing such as beads, granules and pellets. Its side inlet comes with adjustable material flow control so it can fill rotor pocket without shearing the material. It also offers single step access to both the rotor and internal surfaces. No tools are required for this purpose. The machine ensures that rotor and endplate remain aligned during dis-assembly. It also ensures that rotor and endplate may be aligned quickly during the reassembly. The machine is available in five different heights. Its flanges are also available in five different diameters. RotorRail™ features valve housing that is made from mild steel. Case and CNC machined components provide good tolerance. It also extends maintenance cycles by eliminating axial shaft movement. It is protected from high temperature by outboard bearing design. Machine can also remove bearings from path of contaminants which can damage them. RotorRail™ is able to manage pressure differentials up to 15 PSIG.
