Description

Low-frequency ultrasonic transducer for transmitting or receiving the longitudinal or shear-horizontal ultrasonic waves in a broad frequency range from 20 to 200 KHz for ultrasonic through-transmission and pulse-echo testing. A dual-mode low-frequency transducer for the dry-point-contact (DPC) excitation or acquiring longitudinal or shear-horizontal ultrasonic waves in highly scattering materials (concrete, wood, stones etc.) It is delivered in non-wired housing for self-tailored applications, e.g. for customization of transducer arrays by the customer. The transducer can be driven by following ACS instruments: • Two units A1560 Sonic-LF Transducer type - Dry Point Contact Nominal frequency - 120 KHz Capacity - 950 pF ± 50 pF Maximal pulse voltage (bipolar) - 400 V (peak-to-peak) Temperature range - -20 to +50ºC Weight - 18 g
