A universal pyranometer, suitable for a wide variety of applications.
LP02 is a pyranometer according to the ISO-9060 Second Class standard. It measures the solar radiation flux incident on a plane surface from a 180 degree field of view in the wavelength range from 305 to 2800nm with a thermopile element with a flat response across the full solar spectrum. This makes the LP02 perfect for meteorological routine measurements, such as those in agro-meteorology.
LP02 is available in two versions: with and without an integrated Adcon amplifier. The version with amplifier provides the standard Adcon analog output signal from 0 to 2.5V, which is compatible with all Adcon RTU's. Those who use Series 4 RTUs (such as the A753 GPRS) can create a custom driver in their Gateway and connect the LP02 without amplifier directly to Port B, which features an integrated LVA (Low-Voltage Amplifier).
The sensor comes complete with an extremely rugged mast mounting bracket, and a shielded 3m cable with a 7-pin Binder jack, compatible to all RTU's of the A723, A733 and A75x series.
