The PCI 64 digital I/O card APCI-1564 has 32 digital inputs, 24 V, and 32 digital outputs, 24 V with filters. 16 inputs are interruptible. The card is especially suited for I/O control, signal switching, PLC coupling, as interface to machines or electromechanical relays, etc. in the harsh industrial environment and thus is equipped with many protective circuits.
