Product description ADDINOL Adhesive lubricant OG 0 is based on mineral oil and aluminium complex soap as thickener. This product contains special EP-additives and a selected composition of solid lubricants (graphite) to improve pressure resistance. Temperature range from -20 °C up to +2000 °C, short term temperature peak up to +250°C. APPLICATION Excellent and universal application for large open tooth gears in mills, kilns, crane systems and heavy building machinery Preferably used for automatic spray lubrication of high pressure and temperature loaded gear wheels, gear rings and gear rods CHARACTERISTICS Contains selected solid lubricants Reduces friction and wear at mixed friction conditions Features best corrosion protection and damps vibrations Free from bitumen, solvents and toxic heavy metals Very adhesive High temperature stability Outstanding water resistance ADVANTAGES AND BENEFITS Enhancement of pressure resistance Long lifetime of sliding pairings Long lifetime of machine parts No health hazard Prevention of dripping or throwing off caused by rotations and vibrations Extended applications in high temperature range Direct effect of process water is possible
