With these it tenderizes pieces of meat up to 150 x 20 mm and ensures that the meat tissue is evenly loosened. The basic device consists of a robust housing made of anodized aluminum. Simple operation and cleaning, as well as the supplied handle brush, make the crumbling process easier than ever. A simple conversion enables this model to be used as a strip cutter.
