The ADLATUS sweeping robot system is a fully autonomous vacuum sweeper, equipped with a service station where the battery is automatically charged.
In addition, the system offers fully automatic emptying of the swept-up waste, which is dumped and disposed of in a provided container and can be disposed of. The fully autonomous sweeper is built on the robotics platform, ADLATUS Trusted Robotics. The platform supports the intelligent autonomy of the sweeping robot and offers, in addition to the highest process stability during navigation, an economical use of smart features and security in the handling of our customers‘ data.
The robotic sweeper system is specially designed for logistics/industrial areas to efficiently remove coarse dirt in large halls or warehouses efficiently. With an autonomous driving steering drive, the system is driven via a front wheel which enables maximum angular rotation during steering. Thus the sweeper can rotate around itself and be used for cleaning in confined spaces. The system can negotiate ramps with up to 20% slope.
The ADLATUS 1300 sweeping robot can sweep up to 45.000 m2 in 24 hours.
Especially in automated warehouses and production areas, many sensors are installed whether in transport systems, intralogistics, industrial robotics or other applications. However, a major disruptive factor on these systems is dust and dirt. Even stored goods or machines get very dirty due to the dirt in the strongly by the dirt in the environment and it requires further expenditures, to ship or use them clean. To minimize this dirt and dust, daily cleaning is a must but can often only be done weekly or monthly.
