Description

Lifting beam with bipolar type magnets, for handling of bundles of rebar up to 15 m long High-efficiency type magnets for lifting of bundles of sections (spreader by client) We manufacture all version of different type rectangular shape electro lifting magnets. Starting with the classical E-type magnet (type AM), via bipolar U-type magnet (type AMU), tailored for lifting of massive rounds or tubes and sections. For safe lifting of layers of billets, bundles, tubes or profiles, it is essential, that all material will be duly attracted via complete length of magnet, here we supply magnets with pole shoes underneath its center pole (type AMP). Furthermore we fabricate special design magnets for lifting of hot material up to 650°C (type AMH), where we have to face the problem of strong heating up of magnet caused by 3 factors. First, by heat being transferred to magnet by direct contact to load, second, by heat convection and third, by unwanted waste heat of coil. So it is essential to reduce heating up of magnet, which will be done by installation of second bottom plate creating an air-gap, to protect coil against heat convection. In addition we will install bigger size coils with higher resistance, resulting in magnets with reduced nominal power and therefore reduced internal waste heat of coil but with same magnetic strength, compared to magnets for cold application with less coil.
