Description

APPLICATIONS : Insulated protection for alive products : Oysters, shellfish, shells, spiny lobsters... UTILIZATION OF POSITIVE COLD COOLING PACKS : For an optimal use, it is advised to freeze at heart the pack at -18 ° C. For the expedition of alive products, It is important to stabilize the eutectic packs in ambient temperature near +20°C, at their exit of the freezer. This exposure in ambient temperature allows the eutectic liquid to go back of the freezing temperature (-18°C) to its temperature of restutition, and to stabilize near +0.3°C. This precaution allows to avoid making come down in negative temperature, or to crystallize on surface medicine contained in insulated packagings. It is important all the more for alive products which can pass in no way below 0°C. The utilization of packs with "Positve Cold" eutectic liquid in temperature of restitution at +0,3°C, allows to free itself from the use of the barriers of thermal regulations, required when the packs are based on water or gelled water only (this does not change the water return temperature that is -1°C/-2°C in solid phase, 0°C being the point of crystallization (Of change of phase of its solid state in its liquid state.) The range consists of cooling packs 200 cc, 400 cc, 750 cc, et 950cc. We set up a traceability of our cooling packs by the engraving of the date of production of hulls and printing of the date of filling. All our packs can be personalized by engraving from 10 000 packs.
