'gr' open top burner range. AEM propose a single ou double ring flame burner range with 3 different sizes and gas rating gap between 4.5 to 18 kW (in accordance with the EN203-1). CHARACTERISTICS Burner body fixed to the appliance frame. Painted or coated cast iron body. With or without centered flame ring, 45° inclinated flame. 3 different diameters of burner head : 80; 120 and 160 mm easely cleaning without using tools. Flame orifices : Holes only. For all gas types : Natural gas at 20 or 25 mbar, propane at 30,37 and 50 mbar and butane at 28 to 30 mbar or 50 mbar APPLICATIONS Open top burner adapted for the hanging burner technology in the cleaning 'bath' pan for catering equipment and food industry. Open top burner adapted too for the cooking grease holder drawl technology.
