21 to 23 flame jet ring burner for the wok cooking. Gas rating 35kW.
CHARACTERISTICS
Double ring flame jet ring burner for wok cooking.
Gas rating : 35kW with 23 jets. 32kW with 21 jets.
Supply with the stainless tube adapted pilot.
For all gas types : Natural gas at 20 or 25 mbar, propane at 30,37 and 50 mbar and butane at 28 to 30mbar or 50mbar.
To set with a cooking grease holder drawl.
APPLICATIONS
For asiatic dishes mainly.
For wok cookers and pan diameter 350mm.
