The mounting inside the catering equipment and the installing of the flame control accessories are simplyfied. CHARACTERISTICS Main range of 3 burners with ignition pilot. Gas ratings : 3.5, 6 and 9 kW (in acordance with the standard EN203-1) Second range of 2 burners 3.5 and 6kW without pilot ignition. For all gas types : Natural gas at 20 or 25 mbar, propane at 30,37 and 50 mbar and butane at 28 to 30mbar or 50mbar. Allow an open top module height of 150mm minimum (cooking grates including). APPLICATIONS Open top of stoves for the catering equipment and other equipment for the food industry. This range is adapted for the open top burner inside a cleaning pan. Adapted too for the prestigious domestic stoves (without pilot range).
