CHARACTERISTICS Existing models : 5 and 10 flame nozzle assembly on the cast iron body of à ring burner. Burner body in cast iron, flame nozzle support cover in cast iron, flame nozzle in coated iron steel and atmospheric air/gas mixing system. Gas inlet fitting furhter request. Maximum burner bosy diameter : 240mm. For all gas types : Natural gas at 20 or 25 mbar, propane at 30,37 and 50 mbar and butane at 28 to 30mbar or 50mbar. Adapted too for the gas couple Butane / propane at 112/148mbar. Gas safety tap mounted on the gas inlet in option. APPLICATIONS Kettles for catering equipement. Fryers equiped with ring pot and centered draining valve. Asiatic ovens or circular muffle ovens.
