Handling lifting system

Aerolift designs customised lifting solutions for the paper industry. In order to use the available storage space in manufacturing plants as efficiently as possible, the paper reels are stacked with a minimum distance in between. A stack can be as high as 15 meters. An Aerolift vacuum lifter picks up the paper rolls by the top. The boost that creates the vacuum produces a vacuum sealed paper surface. Enabling a strong connection between the paper rolls and the vacuum lifter. The vacuum lifter easily and quickly stacks the rolls and packs them together, maximising your storage space. To be shipped by sea paper rolls need to be packed. When packed, the paper rolls can no longer be handle by vacuum lifting technology. For this purpose we designed a paper gripper, the Aerogripper. The Aerogripper is specially designed to handle wrapped paper rolls without damage and still maximising the available storage space.
