Description
This sample valve was designed in order to take samples in a sterile manner. Effective cleaning (CIP) is assured by its special configuration plus sterilization (with pure steam) of the product contact surface, seating plug and valve when the valve is in a closed position.
The valve is fully autoclavable and can be supplied as a manual version or with a pneumatic actuator. Both are easily interchangeable and benefit from a stainless steel ferrule. The compact design of the AR sampling valves allows easy installation, even on small vessels or process lines.
