The AR sanitary check valves is an ideal solution for preventing reverse flow and cross contamination. They facilitate both horizontal and vertical mounting. It is basically fully drainable sanitary in-line spring assisted check valve, which allows the flow into one direction only. The unit accompanies all types of required pharmaceutical certificates, (PED 97/23/CE) and (ATEX 94/9/CE) compliance. It is also available in ISO and DIN connections, on request. Key features include sterilizable - autoclavable SIP / CIP unit, traceability of wetted materials, high Cv value, complaint to FDA standards etc. The unit operates at a working temperature of 0°C to 150°C, a maximum product pressure of 10bar and a minimum differential pressure of 0.03 bar. It functions trough fluid pressure to open the valve i.e. the inlet pressure, generated by the fluid, exceeds the load of the spring aids in shutter lift and the valve is opened. The differential pressure across the valve drops the shutter returns to seat and the valve is closed. The surface finish of the wetted parts is in Ra<0.5 um (electro-polishing optional)
