Wall-mounted purification system for welding fumes complete with self-supporting articulated arm These purification systems have been designed to extract welding fumes in places where welding work is carried out on an occasional basis, for example, spot welding or seam or arc welding, therefore with the development of medium-low concentrations of pollutants containing gas or suspended micro-particles. The fumes initially extracted pass through a plenum which slows the flow of air and allows its correct passage through the filters. The filters consist of a series of metallic and acrylic components which guarantee maximum levels of filtration, and vary depending on the version of the machine. In addition, deodorisation is achieved using an activated carbon filter (10 kg), before releasing the filtered air into the environment. Compact structure constructed in sturdy powder-coated steel sheet metal and supplied with external brackets for fastening to the wall. High performance, electric centrifugal extraction fan directly coupled to an IE2 400/50Hz three phase motor. Filter section consisting of a series of metal and acrylic filters for class F9 final filtration efficiency (version UNI-T) or H12 (version TH). Activated carbon filters 10 kg. Articulated 3 - 8 metre arm Ø160 mm including hood with damper, anti-intrusion mesh and multi-directional articulation. Available versions: 1) ICAP-T with F9 filtration efficiency; 2) ICAP-TH with H12 filtration efficiency. Accessories: 1) External exhaust plate with 150 mm diameter hose; 2) Differential pressure gauge to signal clogging of filters; 3) Single phase 220V power supply (standard 400/3/50).
