MICRODAKO is a fully motorized hardness tester that determines the hardness of any plastic and rubber material, in accordance with standardized methods IRHD and Shore. Fast scale selection thanks to the multi-probe turret. Automatic contact and measurement with the test piece from any starting distance. Automatic loading with Closed Loop control with accuracy 0.05%. The only manual intervention by the operator is the load of the sample on the working base of the hardness tester. Load forces are easily selected from the PC and are automatically applied trough load cells electronically controlled in Closed Loop. (Pat. AFFRI) MICRODAKO is equipped with a touchscreen PC support and a powerful software to control the entire instrument: from the configuration of the test, to the complete management of statistics.
