To enable the use of agitators in a wide range of tanks, we have several models of supports depending on whether they need to be fixed (wall or floor-mounted) or mobile.
Agitators can be moved vertically, either manually or pneumatically, and both modes can be used in classified zones.
They are made in painted rectangular steel tubing and have a device to attach the tank to the support
The counterweight moves inside the part. On the outside the structure is installed to hold the rail and shaft, comprising a single unit where the agitator bed slides on lineal bearings. These bearings enhance its movement and handling, making it much easier for the agitator to move vertically.
In the manual version, the agitator is moved up and down using a counterweight. The counterweight moves inside the pillar. In the pneumatic version, the agitator is moved up and down using a pneumatic piston.
When required by the work location, these supports can also be made entirely from stainless steel.
Optionally, these supports can also be provided with an electric control panel to vary the agitator speed, by means of a digital frequency converter, as well as the necessary components required by EC regulations.
