AGME designs and manufactures special purpose machines for leak testing, incorporating full part traceability to meet the technical requirements of the most demanding industries This bespoke machine is designed to leak test gas valves. The leak test is carried out using a pressure system with double regulator and a valve with electric piloting. The system also includes two nozzles for sealing the part and inserting the test air under pressure. To guarantee 100% traceability, the part is held in the fixture throughout testing and labelling. For each gas valve the leak tester unit collects test parameters data and stores them to the PLC. This information can be accessed remotely via Ethernet. Labels are printed using a printer with a take-off system and a label presence sensor. These labels use a Data Matrix code as well as displaying the relevant data of each specific test. Finally the system incorporates a built in bar code reader to confirm the Data Matrix information and ensure correct labeling. AGME leak testing machines comply with CE regulations and certification.
