Description
The billet clamp is designed to handle one to five billets of sheet metal arranged horizontally side by side.
Description :
The proposed clamp is a scissor-type clamp whose clamping is proportional to the load handled as well as to its opening. The geometry of the clamp is defined in order to obtain an efficient clamping on hot billet.
Protection :
The mechanically welded parts are sandblasted (SAE 2.5) before the application of :
1 first anti-rust coat
2 finishing coats of polyurethane paint RAL1007 (yellow)
1 finishing coat of polyurethane paint RAL 5002 (blue) on the casings
Black stripes RAL 9005 on the lower part of the gripping arms
