The lifting clamp is designed to handle strapped steel wire coils with a vertical axis up to 5 tons (to be defined according to your needs). Description : The proposed clamp is a scissor-type clamp whose tightening is proportional to the load handled as well as to its internal diameter. The geometry of the clamp is defined in order to obtain an efficient clamping on steel wire coils. The parallelism of the shoes is guaranteed by a set of two parallelograms. The opening is locked by an automatic 1/4 turn lock located in the upper part of the clamp. All the joints of the clamp are mounted on a wear ring. All the bolts and nuts making up this clamp are mounted with a medium thread lock. Protection : The mechanically welded parts are sandblasted (SAE 2.5) before the application of : 1 first anti-rust coat 2 finishing coats of polyurethane paint RAL1007 (yellow) 1 finishing coat of polyurethane paint RAL 5002 (blue) on the casings Black stripes RAL 9005 on the lower part of the gripping arms
