The installation proposed here consists of a suspended rolling beam and a hydraulic Cé hook. It is intended to handle brushes for installation or removal in their chassis. The installation is powered and controlled by an electrical control box located next to the installation.
Description :
The installation consists of the following three elements:
A suspended rolling beam consisting of two tracks, a spacer and a translation beam guided on rollers. The translation movements are ensured by a set of two racks installed inside the roller tracks and two pinions mounted on brake motor reducers controlled by a variator.
A hydraulic C-hook consisting of an end piece interfacing with the brush shaft end and clamped by a hydraulic cylinder. The tilting and lifting movements complete the hydraulic kinematics. These movements are ensured by a set of two double-acting hydraulic cylinders equipped with a locking valve. The mechanically welded structure also ensures two other steering movements (spreading and closing). This kinematics consists of four rollers, two of which are motorised by means of a brake motorised drive controlled by a dimmer.
An electrical control box which controls the various mechanical and hydraulic movements of the Cé hook: lifting, translation, steering and tilting of the brush being handled.
All joints are mounted on self-lubricating wear rings or on self-aligning bearings.
