IT 1000 is a streamlined inflation station for the safe inflation of wheels. IT 1000 contains of a roller table with a built-on safety portal, that includes a PCI 1200 computer inflator. IT 1000 can be mounted with different kinds of optional equipment. This way you can have an inflation station with exactly the features and functions you need. Below in the table you also find 2 different models of complete IT 1000 - equipped as the most sold versions: IT 1000 Plus 1.0 and IT 1000 Plus 2.0. The use of the IT 1000 inflation station offers – beside from an increased safety – a high level of efficiency to the complete tyre service workflow. PCI 1200 computer inflator, which is nicely integrated on the front Can be mounted with different kinds of optional equipment THE WORKFLOW WITH IT 1000 IT 1000 is a perfect element in an assembly line for mounting tyres. An assembly line can consist of a wheel lift, a bead breaker, a tyre changer, an inflation station and a wheel balancing machine. THE WORKFLOW WITH IT 1000 The pump hose is connected to the valve of the wheel, and the wheel is pushed into the inflation station. The wished pressure is programmed on the computer inflator, and the safetygates close down. When the wished pressure is achieved the gates will open again and the wheel can be pushed forward to the wheel balancer.
