Application fields:

1) Reduce air-to-cloth ration, different pressure go down
For the same bag house, pleatech bags can be increased 1.5-2 times filter area than round bags.
2) The speed of airflow go down, easy for dust settling
The filter area is increased, then the outside space of the bags has been increased. For the same velocity, the speed of airflow go down. The dust settling be optimized. The reentrainment of dust reduced more after air pulse.
3) Improve the compressor air pulse
The pleatech bags increase the filter area, but reduce the inside space room of bags. With the same compressor air, the pleatech bags are easy to be cleaned the dust. The irregular surface is easy to be peel of the dust cake.
4) Extend the pulse cycle
Because the air to cloth ratio go down, the initial DP of system go down. The dynamic DP to reach the setting upper limit resistance is longer. The emission will be reduced.
5) Reduce fatigue damage, increase the bag life
The pleatech can’t be expanded by the high pressure compressor air and the bags can’t be striked after pulse. The pulse cycle time is longer. So the bags are not easy damaged. The emission will be go down also.
