a)The yarn guide is linear so no excessive tension is applied to the P.U and DTY.
b)As the two-stage orientation method is employed in the P.U, no excessive load is applied and slipping is eliminated, ensuring secure orientation.
c)Respective release devices used in all the spindles prevents friction in the rotator, the P.U and the produced ACY if the yarn breaks.
d)All processing conditions are determined by PLC. Setting can be carried out with either the touch panel or a PC.
e)Either side (R and L) of the machine can operate independently in different conditions.
Not an individual driving system, which allows for uniform spindle quality.
f)Each spindle has a doffing timer that allows the yarn to be kept at the specified length.
g)Winding size is 10 inches (250mm).
h)The maximum number of spindles is 104. Adding to it every 16 spindles (one block) is supported.
