Threaded orifices integrate one of Air Logic's best-selling product lines, orifice restrictors, with a threaded fitting to reduce system complexity. They work on the principle of Flow Restriction with the orifice diameter being identified in the part number. In addition to orifice diameter, Air Logic controls many smaller factors that have an impact on the total restriction of the orifice. This is why Air Logic's orifices are trusted to provide accurate and reliable flow performance across a variety of different markets. All of the Air Logics products are precision molded, assembled, and tested in America. Additional Information Threaded orifices are Factory tested with the supply air applied to the threaded end. The threaded orifices are error-proofed for assembly direction, since using the product in the indicated direction will improve accuracy of the flow control. Internal orifice color indicates the orifice diameter and part number. Orifices are non-adjustable and tamperproof method of flow control. Integrate the threaded orifice into a system to create a controlled input or output (Example: Flow controlled Regulator, Valve, cylinder, and Manifold port or pump).
