The Air Torque AT-HDC Heavy Duty Actuators Compact Series is designed for on/off and modulating duties. The AT-HDC Series completes the Air Torque range of the scotch yoke actuators range, covering the range of small and medium valves torques requirements. The AT-HDC Series is ready for automation, with all the ancillary attachments in compliance with the international standards. The AT-HDC actuators can be equipped with various accessories and panels directly mounted on board or supplied free standing. All is completed in the Air Torque factory. The Air Torque AT-HDC Series incorporates several technical features which make these actuators unique for construction details and functionality properties. The AT-HDC series is designed and fully tested in Air Torque facilities according to the latest and most severe international standards. Special technical features and grade materials are integrated in this product line to withstand to the heaviest working conditions. Different range ofworking temperatures allows the best actuator selection compared to the working conditions - 4 different yokes/models group both in double acting and spring return - Painting according to the Air Torque or project/customer standard - Mechanism: scotch yoke - 90° rotation - Housing base material: carbon steel - -40°C as standard lower limit of temp execution - Multiple choice of ISO flange and drive shaft connection for each actuator size. - Fasteners in stainless steel as a base. - Stroke adjustment range -5%+5° and 85°/95°. Different range possible - Available with pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder - Painting according to the Air Torque or project/customer standard
