The Heavy-Duty Vertical Drums Container is intended for storage of hazardous and pollutant materials and features a very flexible but rugged carbon steel construction, plates in direct ground contact and reinforced structure safety and collection sump (in bended carbon steel) for complete watertight performance. This unit's dimensions, tolerances, chamfers, rims, nominal weight and finishing are in accord with UNI parameters. These containers feature a high quality epoxy resins coating, phosphating pickling and degreasing, polyurethane pigments, elastomer sealing and are available in several different versions with varying specifications including: STEEL, INSULATED and REI models. Steel models have a pickled carbon steel panel, bended and flanged, with inside reinforcement. Insulated versions feature the selfextinguishing, anti-heating 40 mm compacted insulation back panel out of steel-polyurethane-steel, for ideal thermal outside/inside ratio. The REI version includes a 100 mm fire-retardant sandwich panel (steel-mineral wool-steel) according to REI 120 certificate provided by the Italian National Ministry n. C.S.I.0640RF regulation 91 dated 14.09.1961.
