Description
The waterproof fibre optic inline coupler are ideal for use in harsh and humid environments. The high-quality plastic housing has an IP68 protection class and is thus protected against the ingress of dust and water to a certain degree. The coupler is equipped with cable glands on both sides, which are suitable for retrofitting fibre optic patch cords due to a special rubber seal. The cable gland can accommodate duplex and simplex cables with an outer diameter of 1 - 3,5mm and provides a high degree of strain relief. The coupler is available in the variants LC Duplex, SC Simplex and SC Duplex, each in singlemode and multimode.
