AKEMr Grinding and Polishing Paste is a watery product containing solvents with special waxes and high-quality abrasive substances. This product has the following particular properties: - - mixable with water - - free of silicone and ammonia - - excellent grinding qualities on account of the combination of special abrasive - - does not produce a greasy film - - produces a high gloss - - faint odour AKEMr Grinding and Polishing Paste is used for removing spray paint mist, minor scratches, traces left from abrading and orange-peel effect on all enamels, glass-fibre reinforced plastic parts and many other plastics. It is therefore ideally suited for polishing out the transition area between new and old varnish. In addition, it can be used to brighten up dull and weathered enamels. 1. - If necessary, the areas to be treated must be cleaned first. 2. - Apply the paste with a cloth or cotton wool. 3. - Polish the surface with a foamed plastic pad or a lamb's wool pad using little pressure, preferably with a polishing machine at 1500-2500 revolutions per minute. 4. - Always keep the paste and the pad moist (with water) during the polishing procedure. 5. - Remove any residue with a damp doth. 6. - After drying, polish the surface to a high gloss with lamb's wool or cotton wool.
