Description

A century of innovative spirit drives AKG’s engineers to continuously improve and set trends in heat exchanger technology. Commitment to reliable engineering and manufacturing ensures a quality product. From extremely durable bar-plate heat exchangers with little or no tooling costs, to lightweight tube-fin varieties, AKG offers a solution to fit your application. The areas of application are diverse and can be found in all mobile and stationary application. The right solution for every cooling application! Modern vehicles have high performance engine with hydraulic & transmission systems that uses oil for lubrication, cleaning and cooling purposes. Heat generated from these systems needs to be cooled for proper functioning. Oil flowing through these system collect the heat and exchange it to the ambient air. As the systems operate under high pressure, oil coolers needs to be robust for high working pressures. AKG offers several designs & types of oil coolers as follows: - LightWeight Cooler Oil (LCO) AKG LightWeight Cooler Oil (LCO) is an air cooled single-shot brazed aluminium cooler with no welding. The complete cooler is brazed as one single unit enabling short lead time for manufacturing. 100% aluminum construction offers a lightweight and robust design Few production process and less manufacturing time Configurable components with minimum tooling Unique patented technology for extremely demanding applications Suitable for multi-plane design & side-by-side solutions Innovative manufacturing keeps cost low and quality high
